Fire, Water and Environmental Services is a division within our newly formed Service Operations Business Unit, part of Interserve Support Services. Our ability to think differently enables us to design better approaches across all our services including:
Fire - sprinkler systems, upgrading emergency lighting, or over hauling entire fire safety equipment
Water - legionella risk assessments, periodical water treatments or complete management solutions
Asbestos management - from consultancy and planning to analysis, surveying and removal, or on-going monitoring
The Contract Coordinator is responsible for effectively managing and supporting the local account customers across the Fire and Water business.
The Contract Coordinator will manage and maintain all of the local customer accounts with the F&W unit. Key duties, though not exhaustive, are listed below;

Responsible for agreeing new contracts and implementing new service agreements, securing agreed gross margins
Responsible for the contract renewal, uplift and/or termination processes of all local accounts, ensuring that live accounts, with work being done, are in an active status with a relevant customer instruction and capable of being invoiced and paid
Understanding the company's products and services and know how to explain clearly to customers
Responsible for maintaining and updating all contract data in the appropriate business systems
Contacting customers on all non-conformity issues arising from planned maintenance including liaising with the technical estimating team to obtain quotations to ensure our customer regains a compliant status
To be a point of contact for F&W unit for customer complaints and issues and ensuring timely responses and resolutions
To contact customers around invoicing and payment queries as required
The Contract Coordinator would be expected to:
Strong communication skills both verbal and written
To build and maintain excellent customer relationships
Excellent negotiation and problem solving skills
Good organisational skills, time management abilities with a strong attention to detail
The ability to plan your own work, work on your own initiative and meet deadlines
Adhere to process and compliance requirements
Ability to work individually and as part of a team
