General Admin Support - Answer telephone calls, take and relay messages, deal with queries, answering phones, processing emails, filing, organising paperwork
The Ideal Candidate
The successful candidate for this role will have previous administration experience in a busy environment.
The ability to produce excel spreadsheets and be IT literate.
Have exceptional customer service skills and experience of dealing with customers both face to face and on the phone on a regular basis.
A flexible “can do” attitude is required for this role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to multi-task within a fast paced environment.
Demonstrates initiative and anticipates needs
Self-starter and self-motivated with ability to prioritise and schedule work under conflicting pressures
Able to demonstrate a high degree of discretion, tact and confidentiality
Ability to work under pressure
Ability to work unsupervised
Organised and methodical
