We have a fantastic opportunity for a skilled Administrator, to join our established team in Leatherhead where the primary responsibility will be to provide efficient administration support to the Procurement team.
Your key responsibilities will include; contract management, database management, Social media updates (e.g. Yammer), along with supporting invoice resolution.
To be successful in the role you will:
Have worked in a similar role/ environment in providing excellent administration to a team
Be a confident communicator and able to liaise with people at all levels.
Have good analytical skills with an attention to detail
We are looking for an individual with strong administration/ document control skills, ideally with a basic accounting or procurement knowledge, and proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and ideally DTP. You will also have outstanding organisation and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload. You will be able to demonstrate a creative innovative approach and success at making internal efficiencies.
