We have an opportunity for an Application Support Analyst in Enfield to work within the Wates Property Services Application Support Team providing support on our ERP system. Key Accountabilities include:
Provide day to day support across our ERP system that covers Finance, HR, and Payroll modules. These modules are all used for business critical functions for our Wates Property Services business unit.
Analysis on commonly raised support issues, identifying patterns and proposing improvement
Adhere to defined policies and procedures to ensure integrity of system access is maintained
Ensure that the Business Application version used is both compatible within the user population as well as within supplier support.
Provide support to, and manage annual major upgrades of our ERP system
Provide support to our Project delivery function such as design reviews, system testing, and handover of new developments to our Application Support Team.
We are looking for an Application Support Analyst with ERP systems experience, preferably having worked for a medium or large organisation with experience of following clearly defined processes. We are interested in intelligent, thoughtful individuals who can demonstrate how they would approach and tackle the job role.
To be successful you will be an effective communicator at all levels with the ability to develop good working relationships within the business and with suppliers. As an Application Support Analyst, you will be process orientated with good attention to detail and be able to produce clear and concise documentation.
