Job Description

We have a fantastic opportunity for an Asset & Procurement Analyst to join our Group IT team in Leatherhead. The primary focus of this role will be to support the procurement of IT products to the business and assist in the administration of all IT assets and the invoicing & recharging cycle.


The Key Accountabilities will include:


Support the IT Procurement from ordering to invoicing; ensuring that all procedures are followed - approx. £1million per year
Order all software and hardware from 3rd party vendors – approx.£1million per year
Responsible for the day to day management and relationship ownership of the licensing and hardware
Management, reporting and auditing on estate software and hardware assets – approx. estate value of £6.5million
Prepare and manage the invoice process

We are looking for an Analyst with solid experience of customer management and a full understanding of Procurement and Asset management in an IT environment. You will also have experience of building effective relationships with 3rd party service providers, and able to support and stand in for the manager as required. 


To be successful in this role you will be collaborative and an effective communicator with an attention to detail and the ability to prioritise workloads effectively.
