Here, you'll build on your experience and expertise in a customer-facing role or environment with a welcoming, supportive team. Helping our guests feel brilliant, through a great night's sleep, you'll oversee daily operations and look ahead to seeing how we can work even better. Putting the guest first, they'll be your first port of call for feedback. You'll then lead and inspire your team to deliver our good night guarantee with excellent coaching, empowering each one to go the extra mile.
To join us, you'll ideally have hotel or hospitality industry experience. This could include from working in reception, housekeeping, F&B or kitchen. More importantly, you'll also be passionate about customer service and maintaining and enhancing the Premier Inn brand. An inspirational leader of people, you'll lead by example, not just driving your team but motivating them to achieve even more – even when under pressure.
