Deliver a 5 star customer service experience
AV support to be provided in both planned and reactive situations
Compliance with all Service Level Agreements
Work professionally with all levels of the organisation in a corporate environment
Customers are supported by the AV technical team to avoid disruption to client business
Passion for technology
Technical knowledge of video conferencing and audio visual equipment.
Excellent customer service skills.
High level of computer literacy
Proactive approach and positive ‘can do’ attitude
Remain calm under pressure
Excellent communication (verbal and written), interpersonal and presentation skills.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail with the ability to multitask
This is position is for a AV and Conferencing Operative.
