To carry out the day to day supervision of activities necessary to maintain a highly efficient, flexible and responsive section of the accounts receivable processing function ensuring that service targets are met in line with service partnering agreements.
Work and ensure all tasks completed accurately in a timely, efficient manner.
Ensure KPI’s and OPI’s are met and reported.
Provide team targets to minimise unallocated cash.
Engage Business Units, building relationships and identifying and meeting business requirements, providing an excellent level of internal customer service.
Maintain integrity of customer data held on ERP.
Monitor, review and implement necessary changes for systems and process development.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Experience in a similar Accounts Receivable role.
Demonstrate a proactive approach to delivering excellent customer service to stakeholders.
Proficient IT skills including MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, and comfortable with numerical reasoning.
Engaging communicator demonstrating influencing skills and an ability to adapt approaches to differing audiences.
Well organised, with the ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage competing demands.
Strong multi-tasking capability, project and deadline oriented.
Maintains effective work behaviour in the face of setbacks or pressure - remains calm and in control of themselves. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
