Job Description

We are looking to strengthen our BIM Team and as a result require 3 new BIM Managers to support the development and management of BIM across the Wates business on a National scale; which means these roles can be based out of our London, Basingstoke or Birmingham office.   


The roles will support the design and delivery of project specific BIM plans during the work winning phase and through the life cycle of each project; working and supporting with project teams to ensure successful implementation of processes and tools. Alongside this keeping up to date on industry developments, best practice and innovations to ensure our BIM strategy is market leading.


To be successful in the role you will have gained relevant experience and knowledge from working in a similar role and industry, but most importantly you are able to use to use your breadth of experience coupled with effective communication skills to be a key influencer who is able to deliver and change behaviours when required.
