Working closely with the Business Development Director this role will develop, grow and retain clients across our cultural destinations and heritage business. This is an excellent opportunity to undertake an autonomous role, where you will develop a sales pipeline of business from generating leads to working on tenders and undertaking retention activities.

With a focus on business within the heritage, cultural destinations and visitor attractions space you will drive growth by proactively targeting potential clients to secure new contracts and build a future pipeline. You will create and manage a strategy plan for your business area, support the Business Development Director in planning and competitor analysis and provide solution support on complex bids. This role requires a proactive, client focussed professional who can generate solutions and compelling propositions for clients that address their needs and differentiate Sodexo from our competitors. This role is ideal for someone who has gained extensive knowledge within hospitality and catering ideally within unique venues and events, with knowledge of historical buildings, visitor attractions and cultural destinations.
Business Development experience, generating solutions.
