We’re looking for a driven Office Administrator to join our Car Collections Department as we continue to expand our business across the UK.

To facilitate the smooth running of the Raw2K and Cars team, by overseeing the administrative processes and ensuring they remain up to date and compliant with agreed standards.
Support processing of invoices
Liaison between Raw2K and Sites to ensure images are up to date and resolve queries.
Answering questions on vehicle status
Ensuring vehicle tracking spreadsheets are kept up to date as vehicles are collected and delivered, also monitoring COD’s ensuring they are processed in a timely manner.
Assisting in the training of Satellite Site Staff in the relevant processes and procedures.
Reviewing satellite stock of auction cars to clarify vehicle disposition
Point of contact for holding sites to arrange collections and deliveries.
Provide cover for transport planner and site admin roles as required
