CLIENT SERVICES COORDINATOR (0323)
Job purpose:

As a Client Services Coordinator, you will work alongside the Receptionists in providing a high level of customer care and professionalism to deliver operational excellence.  You will support CMS in ensuring that the meeting rooms, client bar, business forum and staff breakout areas are maintained to a very high standard.   In addition, you will provide support for room set ups, moves & changes.

Key relationships

 Clients, Receptionists, Facilities Supervisor, Facilities Manager (Scotland), IT and the wider Facilities team.  

Responsibilities:

Ensure that meeting rooms, client bar, business forum, tea points and staff breakout areas are maintained to a very high standard
Perform and log daily checks within the meeting room suite etc, reporting any issues to the Receptionists and/or the Facilities Supervisor - acting upon any issues, if required
Set up meeting rooms with catering and order any lunch/breakfast requests as requested
Assist with AV requirements and room set ups
Clear and reset meeting rooms in a timely manner once vacated
Check supplies regularly and order where necessary. Ensure that the fridge supplies in the servery, client bar, business forum and the staff breakout areas are adequately stocked
Log all food waste accurately on the appropriate document on a daily basis
Ensure the servery is kept clean and tidy
Assist with Reception cover during times of annual/sick leav
What we are looking for 

Knowledge

Experience of Customer Service and/or Reception areas (essential)
A working knowledge of Microsoft Office (desirable)
A working knowledge of Manhattan Datacraft (desirable)
