Job Description

We have a new opportunity for a Commercial Accountant to be based out of our London office but with some travel to other locations, to provide finance support to our Facilities Management (FM) business, including functional strategy, accounting, reporting, and contract financial reviews.

 

You will be responsible for leading contract financial reviews for selected FM accounts, including producing and updating contract forecasts, and meeting with the Account teams. You will also assist with the production and review of month end reporting packs for FM, and supporting the FM budget and business forecast process as required.

 

This is an active and visible role so we are looking for you to have a breadth of management accounting experience and already be qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA level) or QBE, with a good level of technical accounting, systems knowledge and advanced Excel user.

 

To be successful in the role you will also be a confident communicator having demonstrated your ability to engage across all levels and functions of a business; along with being able to meet multiple deadlines with a high degree of accuracy.
