We are looking for a strong Commercial Partnerships Manager to join the new Avanti West Coast team within the Sales & Distribution function. This is a great opportunity to join a new brand and shape partnerships within that brand.
Responsible for the regional commercial strategy across the Midlands region. The linchpin between the central commercial and regional business. Working cross functionally to influence the commercial strategy, matched to the regional needs of the business ¿ mitigating regional challenges and capitalising on opportunities. Working with the respective business owners across marketing, sales, and revenue management to shape output for the regions.
Responsible for attending respective regional Leadership and Commercial meetings, communicating the commercial plans as well as results from activity, to deliver route revenue and commercial targets. Working closely with marketing and sales teams ahead of the meetings, to articulate respective activity to the region and to bring feedback back to the central teams.
Responsible for identifying, negotiating, business casing and KPIs of Commercial Partnerships in line with Strategy. As business owner, accountable for the overall successful. Activation delivered through managing functional owners responsible for their individual areas.
Critically, Commercial Partnerships to focus on stimulating both leisure and business travel. Partnerships, promotions, and events to primarily drive massive volume, revenue growth and awareness through third party partnerships (B-2-B-2-C).
This role is London based, however frequent travel on the network will be required. This is a 6 month fixed term contract.
