Job Description

We're recruiting 2 Contact Centre Advisors to join our team providing a world class experience to our partners, customers and operational teams.

Our Contact Centre Team provide a world class experience to our partners, customers and operational teams. We’re seeking advisors to work 37.5 hours over a 5-day week. The Contact Centre is open 7 days a week 365 days a year 07.00 – 19.00 at our Loudwater Support Centre.

You will be able to commit to working 1 in 3 weekends and can demonstrate telephone-based experience. Your desire to show commitment to supporting our partners and delivering excellence will go hand in hand with your can-do attitude.

Ability to be flexible across tasks and time if required
IT Literate

What you’ll be doing


Talking to our business customers, you will be part of the smooth running of the Costa Express Operations team, ensuring we support customers with our expert knowledge and try to resolve any issues first time. 

Answer inbound calls, conduct diagnostic checks to resolution, avoiding unnecessary Engineer visits
Deliver outbound calls to resolve machine alarms
Process additional stock orders and point of sale requests
Manage any complaints professionally
Build strong communication links between teams
Working to brand standards/guidelines and helping to create a business and team that’s warm and welcoming and a fun place to work
