We have a new opportunity for a Contract Support Lead/ Administrator to assist the Account Directors in supporting our key customers across the South & South West.
You will work as part of a team providing financial, commercial and administrative support to the management team across a portfolio of FM contracts, ensuring that we fulfil our contractual obligations, that the revenue is maximised, costs are controlled and processes are in place to minimise financial and commercial risk with that portfolio.
You will have overall responsibility for all billing on the contracts including the preparation and agreement of billing applications, and support central finance in producing accurate and timely financial analysis and contract forecasts. You will also oversee Purchase Orders across the contracts and ensure timely and accurate PO’s are costed to the correct budget lines.
To be successful in this role you will have a thorough knowledge of finance processes including purchase ordering, supplier invoices and customer invoicing and an understanding of basic financial concepts such as revenue, cost and profit. Knowledge of CAFM system including reactive work process and the management of PPM's would also be an advantage.
Alongside this you will be an excellent communicator, methodical with an attention to detail, and be driven to maximise profitability.
