We're recruiting for a CRM & Loyalty Executive based at our offices in London Euston.
The key purpose of this role is delivery of the Virgin Trains CRM & Loyalty strategy, primarily for customers of virgintrains.com.
The role is predominantly CRM focused, helping Virgin Trains to drive incremental revenue from both strategic and tactical CRM activity.
The successful candidate will also support the Loyalty Manager with the management of Nectar, Virgin Red, Virgin Atlantic Flying Club and the exclusive Virgin Trains Traveller Scheme.
