Job Description

Acting as 1st point of contact for customer queries
Maintaining and monitoring the Customer Care system
Responding to customer queries, including complaints, in an appropriate manner both verbally and in writing, including composing suitable responses to resolve issues
Providing detailed reports on the Customer Complaint activity
Carrying out other general administration tasks as required
Escalating trend information appropriately
Shift Pattern and Contracted Hours

35 hours per week working 5 out of 7 days with rotating day shift patterns between the hours of 7:00am and 7:00pm.

Skills

Previous experience of complaints resolution is desirable
Previous experience of working with a Team
Outstanding Customer Service skills
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Professional and polite telephone manner
Excellent Interpersonal skills
Computer literate – with good knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Ability to work under pressure, and to manage deadlines effectively
Capable of delivering a creative solution to problem solving
