An exciting and rare opportunity has become available for a highly motivated and creative individual to lead our Station and On board teams on our London Route to put our customers at the heart of everything we do and ensure Virgin Trains continue to lead the way.
Some key responsibilities will be to:
Develop and deliver strategies which create an end to end journey experience to increase customer advocacy.
Create a culture to empower our front line teams and enable a rapid response to changing customer needs.
Identify and build key stakeholder relationships throughout the route to grow our business - Work cross functionally with central support teams to ensure that the customer is at the heart of what we do and every decision we make has the customer in mind - Engage with our third party suppliers so they are aligned and understand how they can support us to deliver memorable customer experiences
The successful candidate will be a highly influential individual, who has a proven record in leading change, developing key relationships and is able to think strategically. The role is London based but with regular travel across our network required.
