We are recruiting for a number of Customer Resolutions Advisors on both a permanent and fixed term basis.
This is a multi-functional role that will give you a great variety of things to get involved in.
You will chat with our customers and colleagues via our dedicated call centre, on-line using our Live Chat channel and via email or letter to help solve their queries and complaints.
Your key priority will be to make our customers lives easier by taking ownership of their comments, queries, and complaints - resolving them all at first point of contact.
Your aim is to connect with each customer and go above and beyond their expectations.
You will achieve this by putting the customer at the heart of everything you do.
What are the essentials of the job?
Competent in all areas required for the role - this includes responding to customers/colleagues by telephone, Live Chat, email or letter and on occasions data processing (future developments will be defined). You may be asked to fulfil several of these functions simultaneously
Working to achieve specific and challenging goals and deadlines
Keeping skill-sets and knowledge up to date and relevant - reacting to the needs of the team at short notice
Work to resolve all cases at first touch wherever possible and to the required standard
Your contract will stipulate hours of employment to be between 07:00 and 22:00, Sunday to Saturday - flexible hours in line with the business needs
Work as directed by the needs of the business
Ability to remain GDPR compliant at all times when handling customer and colleague data
