We are looking for delightfully surprising full-time Customer Resolutions Team Leader. You will be working to an exceptionally high standard with challenging goals and deadlines in an ever-changing environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, growing and nurturing talent within the Customer Resolutions Adviser population - supporting and driving forward successful individual performance by utilising effective coaching techniques and development tools that will in turn unlock an individual's optimum potential.
