Ready to get on board as our Glasgow Customer Service Assistant?

Quite literally on board, in fact. This is your chance to join the Virgin front line and deliver a brilliant service on one of our trains to and from Glasgow.
It's up to you to make travelling time a breeze. You'll fill hungry tums and keep thirst at bay ¿ either serving at customers' seats or within our onboard shop, handle customers' questions and be a big support to the rest of the team on your train.

You'll be a natural at listening to customers, bubblier than a case of champers and never have a hair out of place. You're brimming with confidence and can talk to all kinds of people ¿ instinctively knowing how to make them happy.

Sound like you? Then we definitely want to hear from you. Why not get online today and fill out an application form.

If successful with your application you will be offered a place in our Talent Bank and offered a position and when they arise. Please also note this position is a weekend and part time only role.

Please upload a CV as part of your application.
