Ready to be a Platform CSA at Macclesfield station?

Want to be a platform hero - the person everyone looks to for information and help? Then you could be in luck. We've got a vacancy for a Platform CSA at Macclesfield and we'd love it to be you.

As you probably know, you'll need to be a real meeter and greeter - representing Virgin Trains on the platform and being a point of advice for anyone and everyone. This is no job for a shrinking wallflower.

You should be shiny-shoed neat and professional - as well as a good listener and a master of thinking on your feet.

This is a busy station, so there's a real need to work shifts and do your share of weekends and bank holidays. So if you're a dedicated nine-to-fiver this isn't the job for you.

If all this fits you to a T, and you can pass a safety critical medical and drugs test, then we definitely want to hear from you. Why not get online today and fill out an application form.

It is a part time role - 25 hours a week and applicants need to be prepared to start at 1300 and finish at 2100. They need to be prepared to work weekends.

At Virgin Trains, we value the differences that make each of us unique! Virgin Trains prides itself on employing people from diverse backgrounds, race, religion, age, gender and sexual orientation.

Everyone who joins Virgin Trains becomes part of our #VirginFamily. We're committed to ensuring that Virgin Trains is inclusive, a place where people are encouraged to be who they really are, not a corporate version of themselves. A place where differences are welcomed, recognised, accepted and put to good use!
