We are recruiting for a Digital Experience Manager!
What is the purpose of the job?
This role is responsible for the Ideation, UX and customer research for all Avanti West Coast digital platforms.
Working with the Senior Digital Optimisation Exec and Development team to create outstanding digital experiences for our customers
What are the essentials of the job?
Ability to understand Avanti West Coast brand to consistently promote the brand vision through policing of guidelines, image and copy management and input into creative briefs.
Work with the Digital Channel Exec to make sure the development of content balances an outstanding customer experience with SEO performance.
Work closely with the Senior Digital Optimisation Exec to create beautiful UX that delivers real commercial gains. Increased revenue is the ultimate goal.
Manage the design and customer experience across all digital retails channels, including WiFi.
Manage the Design and UX agency and ensure that they are delivery the best user experience for Avanti West Coast customers.
Work with the wider business on Digital projects, leading on UX and design.
Work with the CRM Manager and Digital Advertising Team to develop and deliver integrated online marketing activities that dovetail with the overall Marketing strategy.
Work with the development agency to ensure commercial development requirements are fully briefed in and managed through the sprint process.
Working with Revenue Management and wider Ecommerce team to interpret results of MI reporting and analysis and increase customer engagement and conversion to the booking engine.
Monitor ongoing competitor activity to ensure that Avanti West Coast is ahead of market, forward thinking and delivering against consumer needs and expectations.
Define and monitor agency performance, including feedback evaluation. Monitor their activities to ensure consistent quality, creativity and value for money.
Work with Digital Marketing Manager to ensure digital channels are aligned with the SEO strategy
Ensure a joined up digital strategy with the wider E-commerce team.
