Working with colleagues on enhanced internal training, and contributing your expertise to multi-million pound major projects - all in the name of developing an organisation and City where social justice is more than just a concept.

What will I be doing?
The team is an integral part of the Policy, Strategy and Partnerships Directorate within the Council’s Resources Directorate. Your work will make a difference as your contribution will be aligned to delivering the Organisational Improvement Plan and the Equality Policy and Strategy for the Council.
We are seeking an extremely dedicated and highly motivated professional to join the team. You will be involved in embedding diversity, inclusion and equalities within the Council as part of helping the Council towards becoming a high performing organisation. A background in HR would be a significant advantage particularly experience of high impact initiatives, you will be ready to influence those around you and the direction of this work. You will be involved in initiatives which aim to develop the diversity landscape in the Council. These will include delivering diversity training, positive action and change management initiatives.
