This role reports into the Digital Experience Manager and will play a supporting role across the Ecommerce department on UX, digital optimisation, content and testing.
Essentials of the job:
Ability to understand Virgin Trains brand to consistently promote the brand vision through policing of guidelines, image and copy management and input into creative briefs.
Aid the Digital Experience Manager in concept ideation, research and UX
Support our optimisation strategy launching new self-serve optimising campaigns to help the team achieve incremental revenue via increased bookings and conversion rate
Support and deliver content on our digital platforms to support customer messaging and SEO
Support our QA testing program for product and campaign releasing
Managing add-hoc projects for the ecommerce function
Supporting analysis and reporting of our campaign activity
Observe agency relationship management
Manage tools and technologies to help track and drive performance.
Assisting with regular business reports for digital and the wider business.
Support our development and implementation plans where appropriate
Work closely with the CRM team to integrate campaign activity
