Transport for London (TfL) Engineers are always looking forward. A true technical expert in your field, you will develop and implement complex engineering solutions safely, and within cost limitations. Day-to-day, you will provide technical guidance and advice in your position as a trusted source of engineering expertise for everyone, including our Heads of Engineering Delivery.
TfL uses a range of fixed, radio and operational communications to provide transportation services within London. You will have a good level of experience within the Telecoms industry, with a proven track record in the delivery of telecoms systems ideally within the transport sector. You will also possess good knowledge on the design, implementation and assurance of Telecoms systems. As part of the role you will represent Transport for London’s interests with external parties including standards bodies, regulators, vendors and the supply chain. You will bring to the role a high level of integrity, the ability to engage and manage multiple stakeholders and a real commitment to continued personal development.
