Experienced in your field, you will lead and deliver multidisciplinary professional engineering in projects, typically at the early parts of the lifecycle. This includes understanding stakeholder needs, the business case, mitigating risks, establishing feasibility, developing prototype solutions and technical requirements for delivering well defined business outcomes across the whole of TfL's transport modes.
You will have detailed knowledge and experience of an engineering discipline and an understanding of the delivery of projects at an early stage including a knowledge of one or more of the following specialisms: project development, project sponsorship, systems engineering, business case development, RAM, asset management, In addition, you will have commercial awareness and be familiar with London's, the UK, and international transport industries. You will also have the abilities to; work as part of a team, negotiate with stakeholders, be happy to adapt to a changing delivery environment, self-starting and resilient in adversity.
