What will I be doing?
The team is an integral part of the Policy, Strategy and Partnerships area within the Council’s Resources Directorate. Your work will make a difference as your contribution will be aligned to delivering the Organisational Improvement Plan and the Equality Policy and Strategy for the Council. We are seeking an extremely dedicated and highly motivated professional to join the team. You will be involved in embedding diversity, inclusion and equalities within the Council as part of helping the Council towards becoming a high performing organisation. A background in supporting Senior Managers in ensuring that services meet the needs of all customers would be advantageous, with experience of consultation and engagement. You will need to influence those around you and the direction of this work in order to bring people with you.
