Job Description

We have an opportunity for a mechanically biased Estimator to join our Construction Midlands team in Leeds. Reporting to the Pre-Construction Manager you will be required to effectively utilise skills, experience and knowledge within a team environment to produce tenders which will win profitable work. 


Key Accountabilities include:


Ensure that all estimating processes and procedures are followed to deliver a submission following tender settlement
Work with surveyors in preparation of quantified schedule of rates and bill of quantities
Produce labour gangs through experience working with the Chief Estimator, Regional Estimators and Senior Estimators
Prepare tender summaries and attend start-up pre-price and price meetings

We are looking for a qualified Estimator with M&E experience in the Construction industry along with design, cost planning and bid management skills.


To be successful in the role you will have excellent communication skills as well as the ability to manage several projects at one time.
