Job Description

We have a great opportunity for a Facilities Manager to join the team to oversee and support the day to day activities and requests at our client’s offices ACCA, Glasgow; ensuring service excellence and continuous improvement.

 

Key responsibilities will include:

Maintain an excellent relationship with all client interfaces, suppliers and other service providers.
Attend Client meetings regarding general contractual performance.
Support customer and company audits ensuring optimum results are achieved.
Ensure all the team are aware of event requirements for the current day.
Set objectives for direct reports and ensure team are aware of event requirements for the current day.
Monitor meeting room schedules and ensure that all is set up on time for meetings.
Conduct regular plant tours checking for damage, lamp outages, spillages and security issues.
Carry out any other duties that may be required to meet the changing needs of the contract.
Ensure that a continuous improvement process is an integral part of service delivery increasingly adding value to both the business and the client.
 

We are looking for an experienced facilities professional with proven experience of coordinating multiple tasks in a complex, customer service environment and who is self-sufficient with an attention to detail.

 

To be successful in the role you will be a confident communicator with good organisational and people management skills.
