Amey, the leading consulting and infrastructure support services provider (over 17,000 employees) is delivering a flagship, high profile ‘Streets Ahead’ ~£50m/year, long term contract in Sheffield which is designed to upgrade and maintain the city’s roads, pavements, street lighting and bridges.
Working within the contract’s dedicated finance team of 5, the Finance Administrator will provide a high-quality finance administration service with a particular focus on the input, processing and issue resolution of supplier invoices.

What are we looking for?
Accounting/Finance Graduate or some previous Finance Administration experience and a desire to progress further by undertaking accounting exams
Personable, outgoing, customer-focused and strong communication. You’ll be comfortable engaging widely with a range of internal/external stakeholders
Good level of IT exposure, i.e. Excel
Relishes solving problems. Process oriented, accurate and a high attention to detail
The is based full time at the dedicated Depot, Olive Grove Road, Sheffield, S2 3GE. Working hours are 09.00 – 17.00 Monday to Friday.
