Overview of the role

Responsibility for supporting the Business Processing Outsourcing (BPO) Manager to deliver effective operation of procurement systems, resolve system issues and stakeholder queries in a timely manner. Maintain and strive to improve the quality and integrity of information held within procurement systems to ensure a seamless operation and an excellent stakeholder experience. 

Your Responsibilities

Reviewing MyPurchasing Inbox (queries from MyPurchasing users)

Reviewing MyService Portal (issues from MyPurchasing users)

Reviewing MyPurchasing AVL (queries relating to the Approved Vendor List)

Reviewing GRC (assessing new user requests)

Reviewing Workflow (issues relating to requisitions going through SRM)

Maintaining Employee Expense Escalations and Expense Database

Manage Corporate Card E2E process

Operating and delivering standards and guidelines to ensure improved store feedback and customer service

Ad-hoc procurement CI projects

Maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

Deliver MyPurchasing training

Our Ideal Candidate

SAP/SRM experience

Excel – level 3


Good communication and negotiation skills

Financial/Category background (preferred but not essential)

ARIBA experience (preferred but not essential)

Lean/CI experience
