VH010 – FLOATING DOMESTIC SUPPORT ASSISTANT
Location: Newcastle upon Tyne
Status: Part Time
Hours Per Week: 30 hours per week
Salary: £14,290.54 pro rota (£17,625 per annum)
Closing Date: 12th March 2020
Interview Date: TBC
We are currently looking for a Floating Domestic Assistant to undertake a range of duties such as;

Emptying waste bins, transporting waste material to designated collection points
Dusting, damp wiping, washing or polishing the furniture, ledges, window sills and external surfaces of cupboards, radiators, shelves and fitments
Keep a check on cleaning stock levels and inform the Project Lead of low stock levels (eg. cleaning products)
Carry out routine administrative tasks required from time to time eg. checking off cleaning tasks on daily cleaning specification sheets
Support service users in maintaining good health and hygiene skills, to promote independence within their own living environments.
This will be based in Newcastle upon Tyne and on a rota basis of 30 hours per week.

About the job

To provide efficient and effective cleaning support to Changing Lives accommodation projects, including ensuring that the security and general appearance of the building and surroundings are maintained in accordance with the required standards.
