A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a General Manager to lead the team at the Castle Hotel, MGallery Windsor, a boutique hotel from the MGallery Hotel Collection.
The Castle Hotel began life in 1528 as The Mermaid Inn – humbly brewing beer and cider for the people of Windsor: then scarcely a town of 1,000 people. By the 19th century, Castle Hotel was unrivaled as the finest place to stay in Windsor and even the Duke of Wellington stepped in to dine after his victory over Napoleon at the battle of Waterloo.

As our Food and Beverage Supervisor you will be 'front line' delivering on our ‘Memorable Moments’.
You will be an exceptional team player, with the ability to support your team in order to exceed our guest expectations. A complete perfectionist in customer service, whilst ensuring full compliance with our excellent food hygiene, as well as health and safety standards.
