About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our business as a General Manager. In this role, you will lead a team of 35 ensuring a first-class service and excellent food quality to our guests.
As a General Manager you will:
Ensure all guests receive high levels of customer service and this is at the heart of everything you and your team do
Manage and motivate your team to increase sales and ensure efficiency of the restaurant
Analyse sales figures and forecast future sales volumes to maximise profits
Drive passion and energy in your team by continuously encouraging and recognising amazing team performance
Ensure standards for quality, customer service and health and safety are met and exceed
