We have an opportunity for a Fleet Manager to join our Group Fleet Team in Leatherhead or Basingstoke, driving efficiencies across the business, ensuring maximum utilisation and minimal downtime of vehicles, ensuring data and processes are kept up to date and fit for purpose and managing the day to day fleet operation.
Key Accountabilities will include:
Run Fleet Team operations on a day-to-day basis including dealing with queries and oversee the team.
Conduct weekly checks and analysis of data from business systems, MID (insurance database) to challenge Operations/Management teams as required.
Support, develop and lead the implementation of a Fleet Strategy to address market drivers and business requirements to ensure best value for money.
Be the primary contact for all employees, supporting them throughout the fleet lifecycle
Effective supplier management to ensure vehicles are managed efficiently and effectively; utilising their expertise in supporting our strategy.
Manage the review and update of Fleet Rules, policies and procedures
Track and report fleet performance versus forecast and identify areas of continuous improvement in work practices.
We are looking for an experienced Fleet Manager who has a proven track record in cost savings and efficiencies, with excellent interpersonal skills to support and influence both internal and external customers.
To be successful in this role you will have management experience and be a confident communicator at all levels with an exceptional attention to detail and problem analysis/solving skills to make a positive impact to the team and wider business.
