RESPONSIBILITIES
Managing client accounts to maintain and build excellent client relationships
Business development, winning new fee commissions and securing opportunities
Responsibility for managing team resources to successfully deliver our Client’s projects
Forecasting and reporting on cost and value
Development and growth of the Team
Attract, appoint, manage, motivate and mentor Consulting staff to achieve their potential
Mentor staff to achieve professional qualifications
Oversight of projects from initial concept through to delivery with demonstrable added value
Offering strategic advice to clients
Identify market direction and diversification of client base
Promoting Interserve Consulting as a key player in the market
Contributing to the development of effective business development strategy
Balancing the pursuit of new business with managing existing projects and ensuring high quality service delivery
The delivery is generally National UK Coverage although we already have, and intend to develop more, International work streams
PERSON SPECIFICATION
The chosen candidate must have the confidence and ability to be able to communicate with clients and internal managers at a senior level with the gravitas and presence to generate early respect.

In order to be considered suitable for this role selected candidates will need to meet the majority of the following criteria:
Have a strong background in Client advisory Consultancy
Demonstrable track record of providing the appropriate Consulting advice over a wide range of sectors
Comfortable in developing new business
A strong track record of successful delivery
Able to ‘lead from the front’ with the ability to delivery of high quality services

We are looking for an experienced Head of Cost Management to work from our head office in Solihull (next to Birmingham International Airport).  This role is offered on a full time and permanent basis.
