This role is an exciting opportunity to lead and run a stand alone Social Media team. This team is part of the Corporate Affairs Team; working closely with other key stakeholders throughout the business (Marketing, Commercial, Communications, Customer Relations, Customer Experience Managers) to ensure that the business is world famous for the amazing customer experience that we create. Collaborating with all areas of the business you and your team must balance the fun with the real time information and assistance required to stop problems turning into complaints. Under your leadership the Social Media team will be the living, and very public, embodiment of what it means to be part of this business.
