Our HR team provide excellent front line customer support to the Sodexo business, providing HR administration and resolving queries relating to HR processes. We have an opportunity for a HR Administrator, this would suit an organised individual with good administration skills and an interest in HR.
Reporting to the HR Administration Team Leader you will be responsible for providing an efficient HR administration service, working to Service Level Agreements, you will continually look to improve the level of customer service and reduce the number of queries awaiting resolution. Using a Customer Service Management (CSM) system, you will provide administrative support for probationary periods, sabbaticals and secondments; undertake processing duties relating to annual leave, absence, leavers, changes to personal details and changes to terms and conditions. In addition, you will perform actions to support recruitment and induction of new employees, whilst liaising with Payroll and other departments to obtain necessary information to resolve queries. Maintaining HR records and ensuring all employee records are accurate and up to date is also important in this busy and varied role. There will also be the opportunity to become involved in TUPE data gathering, mobilisation support and change projects. The team work closely together and often have social events to promote team building, the Social Committee love to arrange events such as taking part in the ‘Great Manchester Run’ to raise money for our nominated charity.

Up to £18,200 + Bonus
