Job Description

Our Construction Group HR team have an opportunity for an HR Analyst to manage, facilitate and provide analytical support in the delivery of the core people processes within the Construction Group which will ensure strategies are delivered effectively and to the highest standards of governance, compliance and control. 


Working closely with the HR Director and wider team, the key accountabilities of the HR Analyst will include:

Convert large volumes of data from various challenging sources; including suspense accounts, Networks, iTrent, Intuita amongst others into useable summaries and pictorial/ detailed presentations, which will aid decision making on a regular basis.
Research, analyse and interrogate complex finance data against other challenging/ inconsistent sources and produce accurate, informative dashboards for the monthly Construction Group Board and Quarterly Performance Reviews.
Support HR projects and analyse key data submissions against multiple sources of data to identify trends, issues and gaps whilst maintaining the integrity of the data source e.g. salary review, talent and succession, Performance Development Reviews.

To be successful in the role you will be a Reporting Analyst/ Coordinator with some HR generalist experience who is competent using Excel and can demonstrate the ability to work with large volumes of data with high levels of accuracy.


Alongside this you will be extremely organised with good communication skills; able to work as part of a team to meet tight deadlines. 


Please note this role is a Fixed Term Contract to cover maternity leave and can be based from one of our Regional offices e.g. Leatherhead, London, York.
