Job Description

We have a new opportunity for an HR Business Partner to work with our Construction Group in London, to provide comprehensive and professional guidance and support to their Leadership teams and employees.


This will be a varied role, but key areas of focus will be to support the Construction Group People plans and lead the process and activities to ensure that the talent, retention and growth objectives are delivered.


We are looking for you to be CIPD qualified and have experience of working in a complex and demanding environment; confident in challenging the status quo and driving change in a constructive and pragmatic manner. You will also have the ability to take the lead on projects including Employee Relations matters, reward and change management programmes.


To be successful in role you will be an excellent communicator who can effectively build relationships at all levels, providing remote and face to face advice, guidance and direction, which will promote and encourage the integration of HR policies, procedures and best practices.


This role is based in our London office with travel nationally when required.
