We have an exciting opportunity for an HR Coordinator to work closely with our HR Business Partner in supporting our Facilities Management business; ensuring that both Group and Business led HR transactional activities, change initiatives and projects are delivered effectively.
One of the key areas of focus will be to monitor overtime across the business, ensuring that processes and policies are adhered to and payments made timely.
You will be responsible for the data & management information, working with the HR Shared Service Team to provide accurate and timely data for key stakeholders; identifying trends and highlighting any concerns or issues.
Alongside this you will assist in the coordination of engagement plans and activities, including Employee of the Month Award and Collation of Chairman Award nominations. .
We are looking for you to already have generalist HR experience and effective knowledge of HR processes and polices coupled with CIPD level 5 or working toward this and know your way around Excel and PowerPoint.
To be successful in the role you will be a confident communicator able to engage effectively at all levels and have an excellent attention to detail.
