To deliver effective and efficient office support across the whole Corsham estate in particular the Asset and Lifecycle and Finance teams. Responsible for ensuring administration services are delivered in accordance with contractual requirement and company policies, procedures and processes.
Deliver effective and timely support in line with contractual obligations.
Liaise with internal and external customers, clients, staff and agencies as required.
Deliver administrative support to the change and Finance Teams
Collate, produce and draft documentation such as standard letters, reports, contracts, presentations, minutes and charts. Emphasis being given to the accurate and timely production and distribution of all documentation.
Provide support to departments on the Corsham site in the form of temporary cover for planned and unplanned absence. (This will require job training in Hard Service discipline in advance of cover being provided).
Assist the finance department with invoicing and data collection.
Produce quotations for the change teams and commercial department.
Ensure the 5 year Lifecycle plan is completed and delivered as per contract.
Carry out such duties as may be reasonably required from time to time.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Knowledge Skills and Experience
IT Literate, Windows 7, Microsoft Office 2013 desirable
Experience in Customer Services
Ability to work in a team
Ability to work on own initiative
Qualified to GCSE level (or equivalent) English Language and Maths
Ability to co-ordinate multiple quotations.
Knowledge of finance/invoicing
Working knowledge of MS Office software packages (Word, Excel, Outlook, Project)
Ability to prioritise and complete tasks within tight timelines
Flexible approach to work
Team player and able to work on own initiative
