POSITION OVERVIEW
Multi disciplined maintenance technician. To carry out Planned preventive maintenance, reactive tasks for electrical & mechanical equipment, building & engineering services, including production of service reports.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide technical solutions for PPM work and Fault & rectification
Observe and utilise the site escalation and contingency plans
Overseeing of Sub Contractors
Operate a shift/call out system as required for weekend and out of hours to suit
Liaise with customer
Ability to work alone & as part of a team
Flexibility covering extra shifts as required
Be fully conversant and provide detailed knowledge of plant status, Building Conditions, and services availabilit
Carry out other duties fitting individual’s competencies
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Experience in an electrical/electromechanical trade with appropriate academic qualifications
Multi skilled individual in building services with a minimum technician level qualification in an electrical discipline
Excellent customer care & communication skills
Ability to make decisions under pressure
Minimum of 17th edition qualification
Knowledge of critical systems
Knowledge of BMS systems (Trend systems being an advantage)
Be able to carry out manual work, work at heights and confined spaces
Experience in Building Services
An understanding of Health & Safety at Work
Good IT skills
