Job Description

POSITION OVERVIEW

To ensure the effective operation of Administrative systems as directed to ensure the contract requirements are fulfilled.
 
To assist the Account Manager with the efficient and effective management of the operational
budget meeting the contract requirements and within agreed margins and to manage the day to day administration of the operation.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES
 Co-ordination of various financial systems, including month end procedures (WIP, DEBT, Recharges)
Monitoring of payments for utilities and other expenditure.(Including sub-contractor payments and invoice queries)
 Assisting the Account Manager in collation of data and reports.
 Provide direction and support as required in the operation of the helpdesk including priorty setting and escalation of potential KPI failures and subsequent mitigation documentation.
 Monitor Procurement.
 Oversea the efficient administration of the administartive function of the contract in close liasion with operational managers.
Reporting staff overtime, absence and Holiday on Edays.
Working at all times in accordance with company procedures and within Health and Safety Regulations.
 Any other reasonable task as required
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Essential  
Experince of Management within an Office environment;
Good Level of IT literacy and application including Microsoft Excel and Word.
Previous experience of procurement including raising and receipting orders and invoicing.
High level of numeracy, literacy and report writing skills.
Good understanding of budgets, monthly accounts, income and expenditure and financial reporting.
Ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines in a contract with strict KPI's
Working in, or, strong understanding of Help Desk Operations
