Office Manager and Executive Assistant
This is an opportunity to make a real difference! We are currently an organisation of 60 employees working in 5 locations across England, we are supported in our mission with volunteers and interns, without whom we could not deliver and we are growing!
You are a driven, experienced Office Manager and Executive Assistant (Facilities and Operations) and are excited to help a rapidly-scaling organisation and maintain dynamic, world-class workplace. You are meticulous and have a passion for ensuring consistent 5-star experiences. You get a kick out of managing people, senior stakeholders activities and budgets to achieve the most positive and efficient outcomes and supported to deliver excellent service to our employees, volunteers, interns and senior members of staff.
We want someone that cares about people to join us. You will be a great all rounder and excited about being the person that everyone turns to and have a positive attitude. Your main responsibilities will be looking after the office environment; supporting senior stakeholders, the other element is being an influence on the office culture and promoting a positive workplace environment!
Ideally, you will be comfortable chatting with people, resilient, can use your own initiative, working under pressure, hardworking, flexible, incredibly organised and passionate about supporting the people around you. There will be opportunities to work across departments here at User Voice, so hopefully doing some work related to delivery, research and operations excites you.
