To deliver effective and efficient office support from various offices in the Corsham estate in particular the Conferencing, Registry, Reprographics and Gymnasium Service Lines . Responsible for ensuring customer services are delivered in accordance with contractual requirement and company policies, procedures and processes.

Deliver effective and timely support in line with contractual obligations.
Liaise with internal and external customers, clients, staff and agencies as required.
Attend meetings, taking formal minutes.
Collate, produce and draft documentation such as standard letters, reports, contracts, presentations, minutes and charts. Emphasis being given to the accurate and timely production and distribution of all documentation.
Provide efficient administrative services including dealing with mail, filing and photocopying, producing business cards and developing and maintaining an effective document management system.
Assist with Conference Support including the set up of e-VTC and problem solving with meeting room equipment.
Produce reprographic work as required. (Training will be given).
Work within the Registry carrying out admin duties managing all levels of documentation both hard and soft copies in line with SLA.
Provide support to departments on the Corsham site in the form of temporary over for planned and unplanned absence. (This will require job training in Access Control and the Helpdesk in advance of cover being provided).
Carry out such duties as may be reasonably required from time to time.
Knowledge Skills and Experience
Working in a customer facing office environment
IT Literate, Windows 7, Microsoft Office 2013 desirable
Experience in Customer Services
Ability to work in a team
Ability to work on own initiative
Qualified to GCSE level (or equivalent) English Language and Maths
Working knowledge of MS Office software packages (Word, Excel, Outlook, Project)
Good communicator
Ability to prioritise and complete tasks within tight timelines
Flexible approach to work
Team player and able to work on own initiative
