Job Description

Premier Inn Epsom is set to open its door in September and we’re looking for an experienced Operations Manager. You’ll ensure the successful opening of the site and drive the business going forward. With a clear passion to create a high performing team, you’ll be responsible to recruit and train the team ready for opening, by leading from the front you’ll coach, develop and effectively manage the team going forward. This is a perfect opportunity to utilise your skills in both hotel and F&B management as this 66-bed site will showcase a new kitchen format. An eye for detail is essential when it comes to quality and brand standards alongside the ability to maximise revenue whilst delivering excellence against guest measures. This exciting role is the chance to make your mark as a manager within market leading company while extending your knowledge and skill set.

Along with broad industry experience that includes working on reception, in the kitchen and housekeeping, you'll know all about financial and revenue management, as well as health and safety compliance. You'll also bring strong commercial insight and quickly get up to speed with our brand values and standards. Most importantly, you're an accomplished people manager who champions individuals and teamwork, understands the importance of communications and can motivate all to embrace change. An inspirational team leader, you'll lead by example, not just driving your team but motivating them to achieve more – even when under pressure.  
 
Salary up to £29.5k plus excellent benefits and bonus.
