We are recruiting for an Organisational Development Manager!
 
In this role, you will prepare the organisation for the future by identifying required organisational change initiatives that drive maximum organisational effectiveness, agility and capability in line with business strategy.
 
You will also focus on the culture of the organisation, noticing and observing the communication patterns and interpersonal dynamics that contribute to, or undermine, AWC's success.
 
What are the essentials of the job?
 
Leading a team of organisational development consultants
Support the leadership team when planning organisational change projects ¿ assisting in designing the change, implementing the change and creating ways to prepare people for the change (focusing on the people, task and commercial impact).
Provide expertise in the development of organisational culture, performance management, leadership, engagement and all aspects of organisational change and development.
Identify and incorporate best practice into organisational change projects.
Define and implement new development initiatives.
Enhance the capability of people to achieve their goals and objectives by involving them in change, developing skills, collaborating on ways of working and promoting ownership and accountability.
Ensure OD projects are aligned to organisational values, behaviours and competences and are consistent with our employer brand.
To act as a facilitator to create improvement in team working by challenging thinking, stretching the goal, exploring the reality, encouraging measures of success and outlining the change that needs to take place.
Build sustainability and longevity of all interventions by developing and offering the supporting processes, culture, skills and ways of working.
Work with the Head of Talent & OD to ensure the design of the organisation is fit for purpose and carry out restructuring exercises when necessary.
Work with the Reward, Recognition and Benefits Manager to align engagement activities
Work with the Inclusion lead to align activities
